At Shri Bhagawat Seva Ashram Trust, we deeply value the generosity and support of our donors. Your contributions help us carry out our charitable, spiritual, and social welfare activities. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a donation may be refunded.

Donations are Voluntary

All donations made to Shri Bhagawat Seva Ashram Trust are voluntary and made out of the donor’s free will to support our charitable activities. Once a donation is successfully processed, it is generally considered final and non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • If a donation was made by mistake or in error, such as entering the wrong amount.
  • If a duplicate transaction occurred due to a technical error.
  • If the donation was made fraudulently without the donor’s authorization.
  • If there was a technical failure or payment processing issue.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the donor must:

  • Submit a written request within 7 days from the date of donation.
  • Include the following details:
    • Full Name
    • Donation Amount
    • Date of Donation
    • Transaction ID / Reference Number
    • Contact Number
    • Reason for refund request

Refund Processing

  • All refund requests will be reviewed by Shri Bhagawat Seva Ashram Trust.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 15 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment only.
  • Any payment gateway charges or bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Donations made willingly and knowingly to support trust activities.
  • Donations used or allocated for ongoing charitable projects.
  • Requests received after the specified refund request period.
